Jennifer has served in multiple capacities in her years in Human Resources, including talent management, total rewards, organizational development and strategic business initiatives.
Prior to Jennifer joining LMI in 2006, she worked in the healthcare industry in human resources providing her a useful background in medical and clinical candidates. With her 21 years of experience in human resources she serves as a resource both within the company and the community for her expertise in the field.
