LMI will be attending the 19th annual American Conference Institute (ACI) Drug and Medical Device Litigation conference, December 8-10, 2014, in New York, New York. The conference is being held at the Marriott Marquis hotel.

2014 marks LMI’s seventh consecutive year attending this conference, and staffers are looking forward to this year’s slate of insightful speakers from the products liability defense bar. This year’s conference boasts a pre-conference workshop that offers a view from drug and device companies’ General Counsel’s office, as well as pre-conference group meet-ups to discuss emerging theories of drug and device liability and emerging plaintiffs’ bar tactics.

LMI is excited to attend the 2014 DRI Complex Medicine Seminar, being held November 13-14 at The Westin San Diego in San Diego, California.

A joint seminar hosted by the Medical Liability and Healthcare Law and Trial Tactics Committees, this year’s seminar will explore emerging topics and trends in cases involving complex injuries and medicine.
