LMI is pleased to again sponsor and attend DRI’s Trial Tactics seminar. The 2014 seminar will be held March 12-14 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Florida. As in previous years, this year’s seminar will offer excellent educational opportunities regarding the complex issues that often arise throughout the course of a trial.
A mock trial will be presented through out the seminar, and first-rate trial lawyers from around the country will try a catastrophic personal injury case, including delivery of opening statements, direct- and cross-examination of fact witnesses, presentation and cross-examination of liability and damages experts, and closing arguments for deliberation by an actual jury. Attendees will also experience invaluable opportunities to network with colleagues and clients throughout the conference.

LMI will again sponsor and attend the upcoming Defense Research Institute’s [DRI] Women in the Law Seminar, February 5-7, 2014, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The 2014 seminar, entitled “Clients and Counsel: Partnering for Success,” will feature workshops and presentations aimed at helping women reach their full potential inside and outside the courtroom. Included in this year’s seminar are two interactive events: a speed networking event and mediation/negotiation workshop.
