Your submission to the In Re: Zantac (Ranitidine) Products Liability Litigation online Census Plus Form (CPF) platform has been received. Once your submission has been processed, you will be contacted by a member of LMI’s operations team, who will provide you with a list of your firm’s plaintiffs and/or claimants that were submitted as part of the Initial Census Form process. You will also receive instructions for the Census Plus Form data entry process, including the revision of previously provided data and/or the submission of new plaintiffs/claimants or data. If you are utilizing the services of Cerner or Lexitas, you will also receive applicable communications from each vendor.
Information will be provided between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern. If you do not receive a communication from the LMI operations team within one (1) business day of this submission, or if you have any questions regarding the LMI Exchange platform, please contact the LMI Project Manager:
